In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn. It should be noted that we do not refund postage for unwanted items.

When returning items we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. We recommend using Special or Recorded Delivery Royal Mail services to the insurance value of the item(s) and cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they reach us.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture we will rectify this without charge.
Ring sizing, items should have been ordered in the exact size, if there is a mistake on our part we will rectify this - a charge may apply to further alterations. Once resized by a third party, rings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items that have been personalised or customised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
